Dee: not necessarily doing a "challenge" I am just trying to stick with BFL eating, because that is what makes me feel best, and then also trying to get back into some type of gym routine. I have been pretty consistent for about 2 weeks. No real changes yet. hope I start to feel or see something soon DOMS are the worst!

Conni: YES Yes YEs! I love my outdoor kitchen and living room. We have enjoyed it so much this winter too! We have had a very mild winter here. Most days its in the 60's and only 40-50 at night. Perfect to sit my the outdoor fire and watch some Football! I will post a picture of it sometime! remind me.... Wonderful that you are have healthy cravings! your body must be telling you what it needs!

Alrighty, UBWO done. kinda sucked, as i was feeling weak for some reason. Went to lunch with DH and shared a huge salad, which I ate most of and a club sandwhich minus the mayo. By far not the healthiest meal this week, but it sure could have been much worse.

Alrighty, housework to do then Wed. night church! BBL

OK dr was just in talking about my bone marrow biopsy. She said I'm in complete remission with the cancer but I only have a 20% survival rate due to the Graft vs host disease. The nurse explained this happens often where they cure the cancer but the complications from the transplant is the danger zone. So NOW I have to fight this GvsH disease big time!

Oh Conni, YOU are the 20% THAT is for sure, no doubt about it. Just be at peace with all the prayers and good thoughts that are coming your way from all over the WORLD.

FW - YOu have such a great attitude and I'm sure that your body is going to kick in big time with some inches down and MusCle! Funny how many of us have 5 year olds, Red just turned 5 at the beginning of the month.

Kyra - Just keep moving in the right direction! Do all you can to add movement to your day.

Erika - So does C go full time to big kid school next year? I can't kept track, it is so different state to state.

Dee - Last week I was so sore, this week is better. I just feel really tight, probably need a massage. I don't really like them.

Ok time to read to the wilds.

Food really good today. 95%

Hey ladies!  Back from zumba-ing.  It was good, except for the yawning attacks I was having!

Yes, Nicole, 5 year old kindergarten is fulltime in the fall.  He is not excited about going everyday.

Conni--ditto to what Nicole already stated.  It's all you, baby!

I would give anything to have a hot tub right now.

Off to bed early tonight.  See you in the morning!

I'm going to bed! I'm going to race my kids and hopefully I will win and be the first one asleep!

Schelle - So have you had any cake recently? How long do you work out? An hour? Just curious, you seem to fit so much in.

Erika - Red will be in half-day Kindergarten. So I get to have one more year with her. You have to pay for full day Kinder to the tune of 260 a month. Yep. This lady is not paying.

Night.
