Santora 3 rounds for reps 1 minute per movement. Scaled to 80# squat cleans, 20' shuttle run forward/backward=1 rep, 145# DL, burpees to 45# plate, 80# jerks, 1 minute rest. Total reps 104

Katie and I both competed in the Box Throwdown between our box and CF Huntsville. Katie did a 110# clean and jerk...little badass with lipgloss. It was a great day!
