BFL Basics
Hey there,
Looking for any new members to join our team. After a few years of being off tracker, myself and Trish (itsmytime) have decided to come back....after all it is the only way to really live and lose!!
Back to the BFL basics for us. Really quite simple if you dont over think it.
We would love to welcome any new/old members to our group for friendship, love, support and encouragment.
Together we can SUCCEED!!!

Hey Dawn, We are almost at our official start date.....Monday will be here before you know it. So its
Day 1 of 84...upperbody.
When I figure our my exact exercises for each body part, I will post in case there are people out there that want to start with us and need some specifics.
Monday we can post pics and measurements? or just pics and weight? Input wanted....

Good morning my teammie. I am going to be planning my workouts today. I think in order to keep things interesting I am going to plan two completely different exercise routines for both upper and lower body. So another words I will have two diff. lbwo outs that follow the blf pyramid routines. I will alternate them to keep from doing the same and getting burned out. I am super excited and can't wait to see my abs again. My best body so far followed a true 12 week BFL challenge.
Daily we will post what day we are on and how many days left to go.
Hope we can help others who are willing to follow the BFL plan with us.
Happy Friday..Date night with hubby!
1 free meal down this week. Having 2nd tonight.

I'm digging our 3 ppl team! I work at a hotel so my schedule is mad and all over the place. Monday however I should be around in the morning.... some days, like tomorrow, I have to be downtown at 6am so I'm absent for the better part of the day. Can't wait to get started....
