Gains Weight:
Mostly gained in my legs and hips.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Couch Potato.
Background: I had previously done BFL when I turned 40 and it made such a great difference! Time passed and the children changed my priorities. Now with the kids back in school all day, I have NO excuses! Time to get back into shape.
Goals: I think I feel the best when I weigh around 132. More importantly, I would like to feel like I can take a deep breath in my clothing without fear of popping a button! Most importantly I would like my cardio to be improved so that I can play with my kids and ride bikes with my husband. Goal #1 - make it to 135 lb or less Goal #2 - see reduction in inches in waist Goal #3 - see increase in strength Long term goal - smaller and tighter thighs (lol) Next Challenge: Ride in a 1/2 century bike race with my husband.
