Gains Weight:
Mostly gained in my upper body.
Lifestyle (prior to program):
Exercise a little once or twice a week.
Background: I've done the BFL program a few times and I really haven't ever completed it. I mean not once. Once I did 10 weeks. I lost over 30 pounds of fat and gained 15 pounds of muscle. Then I fell off the wagon. I was able to finish my first challenge, which I am extremely proud of. I had setbacks, but I made it! My body thanks Body For Life!
Goals: I want to lose 50lbs of fat and gain 10lbs of muscle. To be a lean 200lbs...with a showing 6 pack. To be continued...
