Background:
I started the challenge again and have committed to sticking with it for life because I know I am capable of being better than I currently am. For some reason I get comfortable with life and begin to slip back into old habits.
Goals:
I could really care less if I weighed more than I do now - it's really size and shape of my body - an ENTIRE body retransformation is what I'm looking to achieve!
