Background:
I bought bfl book a round 1999 have given it a couple half hearted trys, this time i will do it.. i started the june 29th bfl and on july 1st i hurt my back at work need to take a week off hardly can get out of bed. countinue with the food menu.
Goals:
since nov of 2008 i have lost 40lbs now i want to keep it off and get lean and strong. desired weight 130lbs.
