Delmajesty's Daily BlogToday is day 1 of my 2nd challenge. I am following BFL as far as food but I am doing the P90X plus extra cardio for my workouts. Day 1 of 90 consisted of Chest, Back and Abs. All of it was hard. I'm in such bad shape it isn't even funny. I didn't even complete the Ab Ripper X. I am just going to focus on gaining strength and clean eats. M1 - 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg with hot oatbran cereal M2 - Recovery protein shake M3- chicken, rice and steamed veggies M4 - chicken, rice and steamed veggies M5 - Recovery protein shake M6 - chicken, rice and veggies :-) I see a pattern here. LOL
