Background: I hit bottom, in Feb. 2007, and I couldn't waste any more time hating how I looked and felt. I've known about BFL, for years, now. I put in a few lame attempts, quitting after 3 weeks because I was impatient and addicted to the scale numbers. This time, I refused to let myself quit, and picked myself back up EVERY time I fell. I went head-first into BFL, and haven't looked back.
Goals: I will weigh 135 (I started at 150 lb.) and decrease my body fat to 15%. I will have good muscle definition and increased stamina. I will run a 5K before 2007 is over. (Did that and THEN some!!)
