| Week 7 Notes: Fantastic week! Hit my 10's and lifting more than ever. Eating was on spot. Measurements are a little weird. Went up in some and down in others. I'll take the smaller waist and thighs! Starting to notice muscle definition in legs. The decrease in calves are very welcome. They are so strong and getting really defined. Still working on getting the biceps built up, but that's going to take awhile. The betagen and CLA are amazing. I definately notice the strength gains. Abs are coming along, but this next week I need to kick it into high gear and get moving with the abs. Tomorrow I leave for a weekend alone with the hubby! So excited!
Also started cycling calories this week. I really like it. Whether it produces results or not, we'll see. |

| Week 8 Notes: Everything is the same. Had an awesome weekend away with hubby. So romantic with dinners on the beach. Yeah, and lots and lots of food. Not gonna feel bad about it, though. Exercise and eating for the rest of the week has been right on. Oh, tried Good Mornings for the first time. My back is KILLING me! I need to practice form before I do those again! Next week is giong to be a killer one. The best yet! I've decided to skip free day for a while, but only have 1 or 2 cheat meals a week. Attempting to go up in all weights and work abs hard on Monday and Thursday. 4 weeks left! |

| Week 9 Notes: Another exellent week. I pushed hard, hit all my 10's, ate clean...really great. The weight gain can be one of two things: 1. added muscle (I hope!!) or 2. the Betagen. Either way it doesn't matter. I feel stronger and have been able to see some more bicep pump after working them out. Went UP in all weights this week!!!!

| Week 8 Notes: Down another pound. I lost some motivation there at the end of the week, and after talking to my trainer, I had my cheat meal early. It was a GOOD cheat meal! I didn't do cardio or anything to help bring down the calories that day, so I really don't know what effect it had on my body. Got a stomach virus over the weekend, and while I didn't cheat, my eating wasn't great. Could have been better.
So now onto this brand new week! I am ON it. Adding a little extra protein to PWO shakes and double cardio this week. Time for BIG changes. |
